Available user roles

RolePermissions
Organization Admin
  • Create / Delete Teams
  • Manage Organization Settings
  • Manage users across the entire org
    • Add/ Invite/ Delete Users
    • Change/ Reset User Passwords
    • Change Email/ First/ Last Name
    • Designate other users to be Organization Owners or Team Owners
    • View user activity across the organization
  • Set concurrency allocation for teams
  • Create Sauce Connect Proxy tunnels for users across the organization to share, or limit access to only other organization admins
  • View all jobs in the organization
Team Admin
  • A team admin can administrate their team and users in their team
  • Only a user assigned to a team can become a team administrator
  • See the team usage and users assigned to the team
  • View team's share tunnels and non-shared tunnels created by the users in the team
  • Manage users in their team
    • Change/ Reset User Passwords
    • Change Email/ First/ Last Name
    • Move users between their team and the list of users who are not assigned to any team
    • View user activity in their team
  • View jobs that were run by their team members
  • View jobs that were run by members of other teams (depending on Team Job Sharing settings, see Job, User, and Integrations Settings for Organizations#JobSettings)
Team Member
  • Edit personal information such as Name, Password, and Email
  • View jobs that were run by their team members
  • View jobs that were run by members of other teams (depending on Team Job Sharing settings, see Job, User, and Integrations Settings for Organizations#JobSettings)
  • Create Sauce Connect Proxy tunnels for individual use or to be shared with other team members
