I'm seeing a 500 error when attempting to connect to Sauce Labs using SSO
- Make sure that the account that you're attempting to access is still active. If it has been deleted, the Sauce Labs account owner needs to restore it.
- Make sure the attributions in the IdP SAML Metadata Export file are set up correctly, and then re-upload the file
I get logged into the wrong account when using SSO, for example sso-sauce-john.smith instead of john.smith
Users are registered with an account based on the username in the
UserID field of the IdP SAML Metadata Export field, so you should check that the right email address is provided in that file. If the
UserID field only contains a user name, rather than an email address, then the SSO user database will create a new user based on the Domain Name associated with your account.
